Driver Insights
For buyers here who want a true flagship SUV that still feels like a driver’s car, the X7 stays near the top of the shortlist. The xDrive40i already delivers ample performance, and the mild-hybrid system smooths stop-start traffic, a frequent reality on Galle Road and within city limits.
Based on feedback from Sri Lankan owners and early market impressions, the Mercedes-Benz GLB 180 2025 is generally seen as a practical entry into German luxury with added versatility from its 7-seat layout. Owners often describe the driving experience as comfortable and composed in city conditions, with the compact size making it easier to manage in Colombo traffic compared to larger SUVs.
