Driver Insights
Based on feedback from Sri Lankan owners and early market observations, the 2025 Honda BR-V is generally perceived as a practical and easy-to-drive 7-seater rather than a performance-focused SUV. Drivers often describe it as feeling closer to a raised MPV than a traditional SUV, with light steering and predictable handling that suit daily Colombo traffic.
For Sri Lankan buyers seeking a versatile SUV that can commute daily on electric power yet travel long distances without range anxiety, the Sealion 6 offers a strong proposition. Its DM‑i hybrid system delivers torquey performance and exceptional efficiency, while the premium interior and extensive safety suite make it a serious rival to the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV and Toyota RAV4 Hybrid.
