Local drivers describe the Grace as smooth, efficient, and easy to use in busy traffic. The hybrid system engages quickly, and the DCT gearbox feels responsive when accelerating from standstill. Owners say the Grace feels more modern and lively than some rival hybrid sedans in the same price range. The cabin insulation is decent for daily commuting, and the visibility is good due to the low bonnet line. Drivers also highlight that the Grace strikes a balance between fuel economy and performance—especially when driving on typical routes like Colombo–Negombo or Colombo–Gampaha.

Exterior Design
The Grace has a sleek, modern look with sharp character lines and a chrome-accented front grille. LED headlights (on EX and higher grades) provide good visibility at night, which local users appreciate on dimly lit suburban and outstation roads. The sedan body style gives it a more premium road presence than many compact hybrids. Many owners say it still looks up-to-date even after several years, which helps resale value.
