EV Charger Companies Switch Tactics in Search of Profits

Today's MotorGuide Weekly News: A problem faced by EV charger manufacturing companies
Electric vehicles are a very popular vehicle today. Their environmental friendliness and ease of use are major reasons for their popularity among many people. So, while other vehicles run on petrol, electric vehicles need to be charged with electricity. Therefore, special EV chargers are available in the market to charge electric vehicles.
It is reported that charging companies are still trying to figure out how to make a profit through their business. Andy Palmer, former Aston Martin CEO, who currently works at Pod Point, has made a statement regarding this. He mentions that it is very difficult to make money from the business of supplying plugs.
Pod Point is majority-owned by EDF Energy in France. However, the company recently decided to withdraw from installing fast chargers in public places to focus on home and workplace charging.
So, this is the big problem faced by EV charger manufacturing companies. Similarly, look forward to the latest information from the automotive world through MotorGuide Weekly News in the future.
