Special Traffic Plans in Colombo

The five main candidates contesting the upcoming presidential election in the country are scheduled to hold their final election rallies this afternoon (18) in Colombo and its surrounding areas.

Accordingly, the main candidates have chosen Kosgas Junction, the vicinity of Tower Hall, Kottawa, Nugegoda, and Piliyandala as the main locations for their rallies.

According to a statement issued by the Police Headquarters, a special traffic plan will be implemented in Colombo, Nugegoda, Kottawa, and Piliyandala due to these rallies. Furthermore, the police and security forces state that special security arrangements have been made for these rallies.
