Vehicle Revenue Licence in Western Province

The Ministry of Transport states that steps are being taken to temporarily halt the issuance of vehicle revenue licenses in the Western Province due to an update in the computer system.

Secretary of the Ministry of Transport, Mrs. K. C. N. Perera, stated this in a statement.

Accordingly, the issuance of vehicle revenue licenses has been temporarily suspended from the upcoming 27th until October 02nd.

Accordingly, vehicle revenue licenses expiring from September 26th can be renewed without penalty until October 10th.

Meanwhile, obtaining vehicle revenue licenses online by visiting the website www.motortraffic.wp.gov.lk has also been temporarily suspended from midnight on September 24th until October 06th.
