VEGA Puts Forth Another Innovative Vehicle

A Sri Lankan tech company, Vega Innovation, has introduced a new electric three-wheeler named “Elektrateq.” It has been named “ETX.”
Unlike traditional three-wheelers, “Elektrateq” offers versatile utilities, serving as a daily ride, a small business vehicle, a goods transporter, or a taxi. Its interior has been designed with great comfort and advanced technology.
It has a quick charging system that can reach 80% battery capacity in one hour. It is designed to be powered by a solar panel mounted on its roof.
The market for electric three-wheelers is projected to be worth USD 30.12 billion by 2025. By 2027, it could reach USD 32.65 billion. Considering the number of people who travel in tuk-tuks every day around the world, this product could become even more significant, which is why Vega Innovations (a subsidiary of CodeGen International) Chairman and CEO, Dr. Harsha Subasinghe, states that efforts are underway to introduce this product to the market in the future.
Previously, they produced South Asia's first fully electric supercar, which recently received approval from the Department of Motor Traffic for use.
